A beerbottle with a paperhood which one can use as a urination-tool stands on a plinth. This little instalation resembles an icon of sculpture: Le Coq (the cock) by Constantin Brancusi.
On the opening of the show THE GOOD TIMES (are killing me) at the Kunstverein Hildesheim a party is beeing installed like a machine, which is aimed to produce the essence of this party. Every guest gets a paper-urination-tool with her/his beer with which she/he can fill back the drunken, through the body filtered and transformed liquid back into the bottle.
"Diskussions over hygiene, gender and debate on the playfull provocation of habits and conventions sparked off facing the object and the potential action - which are an essential part of the work and so become part of the exhibition and probably inevitable part of the discussion about partying as a social practice." ¹
